No. It takes the date the customer wants and your team confirms whether it's free. What it does book is the venue visit.
Does it quote by guest count?
Yes, if your packages are priced by number of guests. It only uses the prices on your list.
Does it send photos of the venue?
Yes, on the Booking + assistant plan: it sends the photos of your venue set up that you give us.
Is it a chatbot?
It's an AI assistant that answers your WhatsApp, yes. It isn't a button menu: it understands what people write and answers with your prices and hours. It doesn't make things up, and anything that needs a person goes to you with a summary. Víctor builds it with your information and reviews it with you before turning it on.
