Ars Vigil comes from Latin: ars, craft, and vigil, the one who stays awake to keep watch. That's the job: watching over your WhatsApp after your business closes.
In the logo, Hermes, the messenger, runs from the sun to the moon with the message in hand. Day and night, no customer is left without an answer.
Behind it is Víctor Ruiz. He builds your receptionist with your information, reviews it with you and looks after it afterwards. You deal with a person.
And they can: you and your team. Ars Vigil answers when no one can (10 p.m., Sunday, hands busy) and passes any customer who asks for a person to you, with a summary.
It only uses your prices and information. Anything not on your list, it says your team will confirm. It never gives a price you didn't give.
At what time, and who? If it's you at 11 p.m., I'm not selling you speed: I'm giving you your nights back.
One 30-minute call. I build it with your information and we review it together before turning it on.
It depends on your industry and how many messages you get. One new customer a month usually pays for it. Message me, I'll ask you three questions and give you the exact price.
When a business connects its Google account, Ars Vigil creates one new, separate calendar in that account, used only for the appointments the assistant books. It requests a single Google permission, calendar.app.created, which only gives access to calendars the app itself creates.

We set up a demo by phone or Google Meet. I build your receptionist with your prices and hours so you can message it and try it yourself, free.
